I often pop out on my bike for a quick circuit around town. The route varies, but inevitability a ride through the precinct, across Killacourt, down to Fistral, all lead to Newquay harbour.
It is forever in a state of flux; mirroring the ebb & flow of the tide. The fishing boats rise and fall to the rhythm that determines the working day and bustle of the quay. Always there and paying close attention is the wildlife, vigilant and poised to benefit from, or safely avoid humans many activities.
What's great are the different components that create the forever shifting canvas.
The weather, seagulls, seals, fishermen, swimmers, tourists, boats, ropes, buckets and of course the always there, in all its moods; the sea.
